"An interesting, very old building that is now a pub in the Bellhaven / Greene King chain. Whihc means dependable quailty for drinks and food. We stopped for lunch during a one-day visit to Aberdeen and found it a comfortable place with good service that was friendly, polite and unhurried. The food we had was excellant (Haddock and chips is huge portion and extremely well cooked fish). Much better than the average city centre chain pub (especially the chain opposite)"
