"I am more than angry and disappointed with the services l received I haven’t been able to sleep with jaw neck pain tooth aching . I called the dentist after being adviced by the oral surgeon at Southampton hospital . The receptionist booked an appointment only to send the confirmation details to the wrong number prior to calling me on the correct number and l decided to turn up knowing they open at 9 as l wasn’t sure when the appointment was and as soon as l arrive the receptionist tells me am late they can’t see me l asked her if she sent me the confirmation for the appointment to confirm the appointment, she sent it to the wrong number and tells me that’s the number they have on the system and it’s my responsibility to know when my appointment is and the confirmation of appointment is just a courtesy. First of all if it’s the number you have on the system how did you contact me on the correct number. Secondly every appointment you get whether it’s gp or other dentist they awalys send a confirmation to confirm the appointment and provide details . I was in a lot of pain I did not appreciate the Rudeness and how she spoke to me."
