"too pedantic. lovely people but everything need to be analysed and cost start to go up. guys sometimes simply fix should be done quickly without making a big deal of the situation. and yes i am referring to the bolt that just needed screwing on but you failed to that with out the need to analyse it --- its a bolt! on the other hand you are lovely people and helped, also very honest."
