"I took my vehicle in for an MOT test and was pleased that they could fit me in despite running a bit late. The MOT test was done quickly and a few minor adjustments were rectified at no additional charge. The service was, for the most part professional, but I was disappointed that a member of staff was using the reception area as a crèche rather than pay for child care. Since I'd opted to wait with the car I was stuck and opted to go outside because of the noise. They did apologise and offer me a seat outside but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I'm just glad it wasn't raining."
