"We recently used A52 Executive Cars for transfers to and from East Midlands Airport. The whole service from booking through to collection and drop off was excellent. Communication through the booking process was great - very professional and quick to reply to emails. Once booked a full and clear booking confirmation was sent through and, when one of our flight times was changed, our pick up booking was amended without any issues. Payment in advance was very straightforward. Before collection we received a number of text messages to confirm the booking and to let us know our driver was en-route. The car itself was a silver Mercedes V Class. Very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of four plus luggage. Complimentary bottled water was also welcomed and a nice touch. Our chauffeurs on both journeys were polite, courteous and excellent drivers. I’d have no hesitation recommending A52 Executive Cars and look forward to using them again in the future."
