"Popped in for a grade 1, no friendly hello or welcome before finding myself a seat. After a 30 minute wait, during which I checked the price list on the counter, I received a satisfactory haircut. Expecting to pay the advertised £11 I had the exact money ready. I was told it was £14.50 because it's the weekend. Of course, makes perfect sense, everything goes up at weekends, I should have known. If you're going to make up rubbish like that at least advertise the fact to give people a chance to decide if they want to be ripped off or not that day. Definitely won't be back and will let everybody know what's going on there too."

"My go-to barber. It's an excellent service at an affordable price. All the guys there are top-notch but special mention to Charles and Bez - Bez is on another planet with his skills and you're getting massive value for money when you're with him. If it's a very special occasion, book for Bez, but honestly Charles and the rest are still excellent. The only time a beard shave with one of the guys didn't go as I had asked, Bez noticed, rectified and gave a discount without me asking - that's a sign of a good business!"

"Relatively good barbers, could be a tad more communicative and cheerful looking, good interior, music and price. Big problem is the waiting time, was 4th in line first thing Friday morning, 5 chairs, only one barber, 1/2 hour per customer = 2 hours wait including cut. Couldn't wait, so went elsewhere, saw 2 customers come in, noticed the queue and left, not sure many small businesses can afford to lose money on this scale and in this fashion. Might be an idea in this situation to take bookings only, until more staff are available."
