"So from the moment I walked in I did not feel welcome. The three barbers were outside having a cigarette as I approached. All 3 men put down their cigarettes and walked in with me. The whole cut, the three of them would talk in the native language whilst giggling to each other which made me feel exceptionally uncomfortable. My normal barber depends a good 45 minutes plus on my hair and beard and I was out within 20 minutes. On first glance, the cut looked okay. When my fiancé had a look when I arrived home, the beard wasn't straight, the cut was uneven and I have random long hairs where it should be faded. All in all, a dreadful experience and unless you're fluent at speaking what I believe to be Turkish, do not go near this place. Unless you wanna be made to feel uneasy that is. I was that unimpressed with the service that my £33 cut, I ended up paying £40 for as I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Big mistake as they've probably taken that as a job well done."

"Don't expect to have to tell 'barber' how to cut my hair? Had to ask him to blend sides in after he cut my hair didn't show me the back was bad cut when showed my girlfriend and looked at home. Customer Service skills zero didn't say two words to me after sit down! what do you want! Only good thing was I didn't have to wait was straight into the barber chair I guess I know the reason why now"
