"Shocking service. Not worth the one star! Ordered a new stereo and fitting service for my van on 28th Jan to be told that the earliest date they could fit would be 4th March. Turned up on the day to be told they knew nothing about it, showed assistant my receipt, who said to her colleague that i was there to have a stereo fitted, by him, she also said that her colleague was the person who had entered my order on the system. The second assistant who i thought would be fitting my stereo said he would go and have a look. When he came back after about 5 mins, his response was that he was fitting a dashcam, and he then told me that they had not been able to employ a fitter, therefore could not fit my stereo. No communication from the company whatsoever. Needless to say I shall be taking my money elsewhere, and Halfords will not be seeing me again."
