"I recently got my hair done and my stylist recommended the papaya slip taming solution which she said was on the pricey side but I was okay with it. I love the way it made my hair look so I ran to the website to order not realizing that it’s a UK company and the pricing difference of both the bottle and the cost of shipping. The total in USD was about $60 and change, $30 for the product and $30 for shipping crazy but I guess when you have great hair care products you pay the price. It was just a little too pricey for me. So I reached out to customer service about a refund and Bryony was great with communication and getting me the refund back which didn’t take long to receive at all! The customer service was delightful and helpful and I am thankful for them answering all my concerns and questions!"

Kasia talked me through the entire process and what each technique and product did. There is no hard-sell for their products, which was appreciated, and I couldn't be happier with my hair!
