"Poor service of one of the staff and bad coffee. Never come back again."
"You can’t use Starbucks card to earn point or benefit. If you have gold member you get free whip-cream and syrup choices but here you have to pay extra for that. I’m not sure of the status but the barrister said it’s Starbucks franchise. In general it’s very nice location a bit noisy but it’s the biggest cafe at University."

"The place is great but it is just too confusing the fact that is says it is a Starbucks coffee when it is not. It is a Starbucks franchise. Many people will not bother with the difference but for example, they don’t use the Starbucks cards system and you cannot order form the app to have your order ready by the time you arrive. It is an inconvenience that could be resolved by just making it clear that they serve Starbucks coffee but are not Starbucks."
"My home away from home. Great coffee and lovely staff. Prices are good and seem lower than those at most starbucks. University wifi available at reasonable speed, plenty of seating and power sockets for charging phones and laptops. Can be very busy around the turn of the hour, particularly at 1200."
