"Do not. sign up for their 'contract" it enables them to take money from your bank account. I was charged ñearly 30 pounds for a cancellation. I booked for 6 July which when I turned up they had no record of I went on holiday on 18 July next day I noticed a text confirming an appointment for. 20 July rang and said know nothing about it and asked for another appointment they said I still had to pay I refused and there was no way but they took the money anyway. Scary stuff Be aware. A lot of money from my meagre state pension."
