"Store and staff are good. Online ordering and online Customer services are a joke. This review refers to Online ordering only. Ordered online supposedly one hour pick up. No email or text. Contacted via online chat. Waste of time.contacted again via online chat one day later. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Told to wait 24 to 48 hours. Finally got phone call from the store to pick up order. Customer service is disgusting. Store staff where fine. Only given one star for Online ordering and online customer services as not possible to give no stars"

"If I could give minus stars I would. I do not recommend this store for stereo fitments. No communication and lack of customer service. Wrong stereo put into my vehicle and then the stereo I wanted didn’t have the right fitments….. it had been at the store for over 2 weeks as no one had contacted me?! All I got from manager is he needs to order whole new stereo!!! So left with no option but to go back another day and have it all taken out and go somewhere else who has customer service and wants my business. The only good thing about this store are the store workers who are clearly drowning, but are trying to keep the store afloat. However the lack of leadership is obvious. Maybe someone from Halfords customer service management team would like to answer my email that covers in detail my shocking customer experience because the store manager clearly doesn't really care."
