"I thought that this place was only for the motor trade,but it does sell to the public. I looked online for the part that I needed,saw it was in stock and went to their shop. Unfortunately, I was told that the part was in stock at one of their branches in Hampshire and not at the one I was at. I was not impressed at that point but the man behind the counter said he could have it here in a few hours and low & behold he did. I was well impressed and before I handed over my money, he suggested that I go outside and make sure it fits my car,which it did. Then I paid and went away happy.
