"Where do I start! I received a call from the lovely lady that runs the very tight MOT scheduling (I think her name is Caroline) advising me of my new MOT date/time after I had to cancel due to covid. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile not only from the lady but from the testers too! Even with the covid measures in place of clear signage and hand sanitiser I was able to seek refuge in the office and blessed with a lovely cup of coffee and treated to a biscuit :) The whole process from booking/paying/cancelling/getting rebooked and finally tested was a pleasure from start to finish. I got to meet the manger as well who was very knowledgeable on the MOT process and even more knowledgeable on the buses themselves! Very enthusiastic to say the least! Great team and cant wait for my next MOT."
