"Was told I could drop my car off to get a wheel bearing fixed, this morning went to drop my car off and a young guy in the desk first thing he came out with was “I don’t know what I’m doing, I don’t know how to use the computer” and your not booked in! Left completely shocked at the lack of customer service and the attitude as well! Glad I didn’t get my car fixed here now"
