Starbucks Coffee

"We had a very good experience today. I had oat cappuccino which was excellently made. My partner had latte which she thinks it was very good. For those who likes photos, the light inside is so good. It makes taking photos inside unexpectedly amazing."

"I was just here with my husband and we ordered a peach lemonade. When we sat down we realised we had been given a peach iced tea (easy mistake to make) so my husband quickly went and politely told Nic, a staff member, that we had the wrong drink. I understand that everyone can have a bad day but I am upset that Nic was rude to my husband unnecessarily. When he was told we had the wrong order he said bluntly "well that's how it came through on the till so" and acted like it was us that had caused a problem. My husband asked if he could please have the lemonade and he stormed off to pour something extra in the drink and then brought it back a few seconds later and sarcastically said "enjoy" as he shoved the drink at my husband. The drink doesn't taste how it normally does as I watched him pour something in but he didn't measure anything he just used the cup we already had with the iced tea in it. I know it can be hard at work when it's busy etc but the rudeness was unnecessary and upsetting."

"Always good coffee. Can be pretty busy at times but it's right by Marlands so not surprising. Very very cool in the summer as air con is so good! I'm going to work from there in the next heat wave!"
