"It doesn’t matter if they’re food is good with very reasonable prices. The service here in this particular shop is a joke, and beyond awful. it takes about 4 minutes for the ‘one lady’ serving to realise how big the queue is, before calling for help. I had to leave after waiting nearly 10 minutes. This is meant to be fast service! nearly everything served is ready made and bought in and ready to go…. In terms of other big food chains, you can honestly order a McDonald’s and get it served quicker than the greggs in Eastleigh. I get the morning is busier than usual, but come on. They have 4 serving stations. But only one is station is open"

"Been going to greggs for years but went In the new Eastleigh branch yesterday and was really disappointed as the food was cold and the tables was dirty the floor was disgusting. They did change my pizza and chicken bake but still luke warm if that."
