"Quality of products absolutely superb but quality of service and communication utterly dismal. We placed our order in August 2022 and was told it would be delivered in October. We then made contact with Mark in October to find out when we could expect our furniture as hadn't heard anything from him. He said it was delayed until Nov. We then chased again in November and he said it would be January, we then chased again in January and finally received our order 18 February 2023. If you are happy to wait and dont mind poor service then the quality of the furniture is fantastic. If not then choose a different company."
