"Heres a tip for you Arco, if you are going to photograph goods for sale, how about you photograph the main features. Was looking for a pair of safety boots that zip up. Yes, they have them, but all the photo's show the side of the boot without the zip ?^%$ Surely if you are looking to buy something with a "feature" you want to see the feature. Add to that your seach feature returns virtually none of the boots I was looking for unless I name them. Also, your local store is absolutely useless. Rude staff and virtually no stock from the catalogue."

"Required some PPE for a job. Called to make sure they were open Saturday and after being placed on hold for a while to double check I was told they were open til lunchtime. Arrived Saturday morning to be greeted with a piece of paper stuck to the door with revised opening hours stating they were closed Saturdays. Now I’m stuck without the items I need and wasted a journey there and back."
