Not impressed at all. Simon phoned today 8th November 2022 not a great conversation at all. We were not informed of a delivery charge until after we paid a deposit. Even though we asked before we purchased. Not admitting a mistake was made by not telling us. You are only ever as good as your customer service. Lesson learnt.
