Reviews of Mad Hatters Pottery Painting Cafe
"Massively busy because of a very noisy 6yr old party..the kids were running around playing tick..however despite this, the staff remained polite friendly and helpful...and did not charge me when I had squeezed between the shelves and a customer and caught a couple unicorns which jumped off the shelves and broke. Credit to them. Great selection and excellent milkshakes. Thank you to the staff. They deserve a medal."
"Love this place, the staff are always friendly and super helpful. The ultimate milkshake are sooo good and definitely worth the money. I will definitely be going again."
"Been several times with the children. Great place for coffee, bite to eat paint, relax and chill. Many items to choose from cups, saucers to animals for painting. Here's my daughter's mug which we use regularly! Great therapeutic benefits for all ages."
"We went to have a coffee and painted a soap dish while we were at it. The supplies and instructions were very clear and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere while painting. The paints need a couple of layers at least in order for the colours to come out properly. Thankfully they provide you with a colour palette so you have a better idea of what the colours will look like when they come out of the kiln. We were told to come and pick up the soap dishes in about seven days time. Can definitely recommend the Chye latte and a hot chocolate if you have a sweet tooth. There is a carpark outback as well, otherwise there are street parking nearby."
"Really very impressed with this lovely pottery painting Cafe. Visited for the first time today, with a 1 year old, 6 year old, Great Granny and Granny and all thoroughly impressed. Lovely cosy and warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in the front door. Lots of friendly staff, very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to chat and help you. Lots of different pottery pieces to choose from, and fairly priced too, the price is the final price for painting, drying etc. Didn't have to pay for your paint or brushes. Tables all cleaned in between each set of people. Toilets clean and easy to access, even if the hand dryer did seem a little old fashioned. Food and drinks available, fairly priced and tasty too. High chairs provided. Will definitely be going again soon."
