"Agree with everyone about terrible customer service. Staff were too busy putting furniture together to acknowledge me and another customer who arrived ( no one else in the store) I found a jacket I liked but it had a hole in the sleeve. I asked how much it was and when she saw the damage she just said “oh that has to go to be mended” and twitched it out of my hands and tossed it aside. She then went back to putting together the furniture. So rude. Also, racks are not sorted into sizes, sizes on hangers do not match the garment and pricing labels are few and far between. Place feels uncared for and disorganised. Surprised they sell anything. Will not be returning."

"So there's lots of bargains to be made here if you want what they've got! Lovely sofas, chairs, home furnishings and clothing. I purchased a massive rug from here for £25 which is brilliant. Fair warning, its absolutely freezing in this shop at this time of year. Staff are friendly and helpful though. It is the kind of place that you have to keep visiting if you want something in particular. You can buy damaged furniture here for a massive mark down but be careful what you buy."

"Awful customer service . 0 stars. I am very disappointed with my experience at Bella Dame. I was planning to purchase storage bags which had been packaged in sets of 2, labelled 1 for £6 or 2 for £10. I asked a member of staff to clarify this price and she advised one package of two bags was £6 as stated on the piece of paper. I took this to the till and was told this was incorrect. The staff member I had previously spoken to advised the person at the till what was stated on the price and that she had told me the correct price. The manager was also present and very rudely told me and my mum she would not be selling us the bags at the price stated and in fact she would go and change the label right away. We requested that the items be sold to us as the advertised price and the manager Emma was extremely rude and abrupt when we asked her why she would not honour the price advertised. She very angrily took the bags off the counter and chucked them behind and told us to get out of the shop, stating she does not “give a ****” . Me and my mum were taken aback at her behaviour and stood in shock, my baby was crying and Emma did not seem to care about the impact of her behaviour. I cannot believe this type of person is managing a shop and serving customers with this attitude as the only thing she is doing is pushing customers away. Will not be recommending Bella Dame to anyone as the way we were treated was absolutely disgusting, however with a manager like Emma I’m not sure how long this market stall shop will last."

"My wife bought a duvet supposedly 10.5 tog according to the package when she opened it it was 13.5 so we took it back following day. When we went back and spoke to a member of stay her first response was you should be glad you got a bargain. I wonder how many brain cells she used to come up with that one it did not dawn on her that if we wanted 13.5 why would we buy 10.5 Next excuse it’s the supplier they come sealed and they don’t know what’s in them so they are not responsible then, she came up with another gem we could have bought 2 and were returning one and keeping the other. The fact there was only one on the recipe did not matter excellent customer service. I asked to speak to the manager who was literally 10 feet away she refused to speak to us that’s how spineless she was just put her head down and walked away. Conclusion is don’t bother going there goods are fault or returns and if they are packed then you don’t know what you will get and if you try to exchange or return the item then forget it. No customer service skills staff rude and obnoxious manager included."
