"I USED TO get amazing service and great food from this place, although unfortunately they have recently gone down hill to the point i called to chase an order placed an hour and a half beforehand which the person on the end of the line felt it was OK to tell me it was "in the kitchen" and would be another half an hour! Then when i said that would mean 2 hours of waiting since my order and asked for money off she said hold on one minute then just left me on the phone waiting for at least 10 minutes awaiting a reply (hearing conversation in background) i said hello a couple of times and got nothing so hung up.....then i called back 10 mins later (tried before but just got mailbox is full message) when i finally got through again she apologised yet again but they can't take money off and from that point and would be delivered later.....(if at all in my mind). PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO EAT! It's a shame i have to type this review as they were quite good but have let themselves down considerably through recent experience."
