I WAS VERY ANGRY, TOOK THE BOOTS BACK AND WENT TO THE BURTON-ON-TRENT STORE WHERE THE MANAGER THERE EXCHANGED THEM NO PROBLEM AT ALL! SWADLINCOTE MANAGER NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSONS THE RUDE, RUDE MAN! NOW WONDER HIS SHOP IS ALWAYS EMPTY! MY ADVISE SHOP IN BURTON-ON-TRENT STORE!"
