"Terrible service. My Elica fan broke after a few days and I've been waiting 3 weeks for a part when they should be fully replacing it. I had to chase to get a response for my initial request and I have chased up since without any response. Still waiting for it to be resolved."

"Have a 6 year old Elica Leaf extractor, also known as Sinfonia. Strange fault in that it started to suddenly turn on for no apparent reason. Called these guys, talked to their tech support. Mark provided reassurance about the fault, what needed to be replaced, level of fiddleyness (not a word but should be) involved and even what T sized driver I needed. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, quick delivery and competitive price. Working again perfectly. What's not to like? Would recommend and will use again"

"Julia gave made a quick diagnosis on the phone of likely issue with 14 year old island hood and parts arrived within a week. With one issue unresolved, Chris offered on another phone call to inspect the likely part and repair if possible while. This was successful and I also got a refund on one the original replacement parts that wasn't required after all. Lorraine was extremely pleasant too. Such fantastic service is very rare, thank you very much!"

"Had to wait two months for a replacement part for my brand new Elica cooker hood. Engineer called and said he couldn’t replace the part as it would need two people to do it but said he would start by ordering a replacement remote control. He confirmed he had ordered it in a text. Nearly three weeks later it still isn’t here. I’ve chased it three times and been assured it’s been posted but still not received. Getting through on the phone is a nightmare when choosing the Service option but the trade sales option answers straight way. Now writing to Elica as these guys are their U.K. service agent."
