"BHF Camberley is taking the mick with the donating public. 1 Star is far too generous to award this branch. They clearly must have endless access to funding of some sort that they do not need the charity of the good folk in surrounding areas. Collection arranged via BHF online portal, then confirmed via phone call following day for a collection 6 days later. Booked morning slot with afternoon as 2nd option to collect a 2 year old sofa still in excellent condition, and to my surprise in the end a whole Friday wasted waiting in for a “promised” and “confirmed” collection. When calling BHF Camberley, first they had some other urgent collections to make in the morning so couldn’t come thru as confirmed, then calling later and there was issues with collection van. Needless to say a wasted Friday thanks to trying to the delight thing and donating to a “good cause”. Then call first thing Saturday morning twice at 0915 and 1100 to be told the van has been dispatched and they will be collecting today. Well we’re after 1430 now on Saturday wasting a whole day again in the premise that BHF Camberley will be honest enough to honour their promise and commitment to collect today. Try calling there store at 1400 only to have call after 50 secs give announcement of opening hours for next week and should you want to leave a message please press 1. Really you think I’m gonna waste more of my time leaving you messages. BHF Camberley just be straight with your donors and say thanks but we really not interested in what you have to offer us. We are “rich” and “prosperous” that WE DON’T NEED YOU!!!!! Never again BHF will I trust your appeals for help.... There are other charities that are far more deserving of genuine honest donations that your organization ever will be!"

"You wait in all afternoon, call at 5 pm when your collection is confirmed categorically to be imminent and at 8pm you prepare a delayed dinner because no-one turned up and you have a room full of uncollected furniture and guests due tomorrow night with nowhere to sit. no phone call to explain - nothing. makes you wonder why you bothered. Update, five days later: action replay, no call, nix. You wouldn't credit it, would you? They're just taking the p**s from the public. Disgraceful."
