"On 20th November I bought a dress from the Bracknell store (cost £27.99) which I took home and tried on. To my surprise this did not fit even though it was a size bigger than usual. I took this back a week later on Sunday 27 to ask for a refund as I couldn't find anything else that I liked. The Manager of the store advised me that I could only have a credit note to use at another time and took the dress back and I had the credit note. I actually wanted a refund. Subsequently I managed to mislay the credit note at home so went back to the store on Saturday 3 December to request another credit note. After waiting some time the manager advised they could not re-issue this and advised that they would call me on Monday having spoken to the area manager. I did not receive a call up until Friday when I decided to call them to find out. I was told initially that I could come back to the store let them know my name and buy something for the same value which would effectively be the same as the voucher however I was called back an hour later and told that now I couldn't do that and the best that I could get was a 25% discount on something else in the shop. I am writing to you because I can't believe this can be right. Not only did I return the dress but I could not get the refund I wanted initially and then had to accept a credit note which obviously I hadn't used I could not get the same amount credit note re-issued. Therefore I have spent £27.99 and returned the item I bought so I feel completely cheated. I would really appreciate it if you can take this issue seriously as mcurrently I have spent money in your store and have nothing to show for it. Apsolutly discussing, never ever again will go there and spend any money."
