"Hired a suit for a child at £60 for wedding. Child caught covid so couldn't go. They refused a refund as suit had been altered, which I can understand but the full £60 I'm sure no alteration cost £60 a partial refund should have been given at least."

My wedding had to be moved due to an illness in the family which they had no problem & were so helpful with sorting things out for the change of date & sorting new appointments. Jon is a lovely gentleman as is the young man & the lady that I had dealt with, they all went above & beyond & I couldn’t be more thankful to them. We had the Blue Tweed speckled suits which looked amazing & they were happy to accommodate us with cravats instead of ties.
