"I was the only person in the shop this morning. There were 3 members of staff behind the counter. I was returning some trainers that were too big and I needed a bit of help to find some others. The help was non existent and I felt that I was inconvenience. In the end I got a refund and have ordered online. I have put the poor service before down to them being busy but this was not the case today."

"Very friendly and helpful service. A great choice of styles for arch support and comfort. Update: the arch fit trainers I bought have proved to be very comfortable. I wore them on holiday - two weeks of city sightseeing in 32 degree + heat, and they were perfect."

"My wife persuaded me into Skechers as I am usually a Nike or Adidas kind of person... Glad she did! Really good selection of footwear..I particularly liked the attention to comfort, especially since I had a sore foot at the time! Price good too! The staff....hmmmm...not unpleasant, just how do they manage to look so disinterested? Do they work at it? Was I like that when I was a teenager? Probably! The service was correct but could have done with a smile...this place isn't unique for the lack of staff interest, either, but I'm not sure that makes it right...."

"Visited this shop (Bracknell) during the week so it wasn't that busy. The 3 shop assistants were very busy chatting together and didn't make any effort to notice if anyone needed help. Quite intimidating having to walk over to them to interrupt their chat. When I did select a pair to try on, unfortunately they were not a good fit. The shop assistant looked like she was sucking on a lemon when I handed them back, obviously not at all happy that I had put her to all the trouble of having to stop chatting, go fetch the trainers and then put them back. I'll go to the Woking store in future where they are much more pleasant and helpful."

"Visited the Bracknell store today and was very happy with the customer service. I was served by a young lady with brown hair and a tattoo and she was very helpful. She made me aware of all promotions and offered me alternatives to any shoes they didn’t have. I ended up going out with 4 pairs and I will be returning. Thank you!!"
