"I do like matalan but this store is filthy, everything is a mess, staff are miserable & mostly standing around doing nothing, no wonder the store is so untidy. The changing room door had the tip of a screw coming though, someone's going to get hurt on that. Not quite sure how something like that was missed when the person screwed it in. No toilets here."
