"Painful. The service is far too slow, and none of the staff seem to understand their own tills causing even more of a delay. Uniform isn't cheap, so having such poor service makes this store even more frustrating to use. I will however say the staff are friendly, that is the only reason they have 2 stars, but if we could we'd use an alternative"
