I told them the date and where the venue of the wedding was and allowed them with their experience to give valued advice. I came away really happy with my outfit, something I probably wouldn't have thought looked good on me, but actually really did! so it was well worth travelling to this amazing shop. "My mum was looking for a mother of the bride outfit and from the start she was treated so well. It was Easy to book an appointment. Whilst at charisma Karen advised mum and picked a beautiful dress and hatinator giving guidance and reassurance. The appointment was 1-2-1 and she focused all her attention on finding mum the special dress. Although we didn’t take the dress that day we called at a later date and Debbie again was amazing allowed mum to try the dress again at short notice before buying the dress. After poor experiences elsewhere we will be sure to be using Charisma again and would highly recommend them."

After discussing Wedding venue & colour scheme the owner quickly knew what would be the best dress for me. We selected a lot of styles to try but when I showed the last dress, my daughter instantly said it was ‘The Dress’. Without knowing it was the dress the owner had in her mind, amazing. "My beautiful Mother Of the Groom outfit I purchased over a year ago. I tried on many outfits with Debbie and was becoming disheartened,when suddenly this ensemble was put together. I put it on and knew instantly this was the outfit for me. I walked on air in it. I had so many comments on my outfit. How chic and sophisticated it was and how beautiful I looked.
