"BEWARE!! Terrible Attitude + Advertised Prices Are Not Purchase Prices!?!!?? Purchased a pair of walking boots in Bracknell store for my son that were clearly advertised at £26.99 only to discover when getting home I was charged £39.99! Went to my local Wokingham branch and explained, but instead of an apology I got “well our price changes happen on a Wed” in a rather supercilious tone… as if I should know?! The same lady also reiterated £39.99 is the sale price at the till, whilst I pointed out they are clearly advertised both in this store and Bracknell at £26.99… 48% increase is not a small price change either!!! As a busy parent I don’t have time to price check every item at the till (which was the only ‘solution’) or worse get my child to try on shoes and clothes not knowing how much they will cost!? Also the reason she gave as to why their pricing labels are still not accurate by 3:30pm on same day of the changes is because there are only two staff working even though the store was very quiet. It seems due to a poor system and staff attitude… invest in electronic price displays if your prices regularly fluctuate so much, or use a large price sign for each line item rather than labelling each one individually, that way there will be less to update and you’ll be advertising the right prices. I also needed some boots for my daughter too but went to Cotswold outdoor instead!"

I've bought several items, including a 3 in 1 jacket in Black Friday deal, great price, but they always have been good with their quality and price. Will continue shopping there."
