Don't go near, so bad I might call food standard agency, if I survive the night. 11.11.2022"

"Do not even waste your time ordering from this place. I thought I would give it a chance but the reviews to not lie. This is the worst food I've ever tasted to the point we didn't even eat any of it I rang asked for a full refund in exchange for the dog food I received in full. The person over the phone was arrogant and told me his food is good and fresh. Said he will give me 15% off next time I order, but I wouldn't even waste my money or time next time. Honestly never been so disappointed in a take away. Search wok u like in reading, the food is miles better, just a shame its closed on a Tuesday and this is one of the only ones open"

"Really awful food. Never again. Sweet and sour chicken was off tasted awful from first bite. Egg fried rice was just boiled rice with egg in it probably microwaved. I would have given 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs."

"If I could give less than one star I would. We ordered from Ken’s this evening while entertaining guests - we received a text saying our food was on route...unfortunately over 30 minutes after this message our food still hadn’t arrived (we live reletively close). So we had to make a follow up phone call. To add to the disappointment, the food was cold! Elements of it appeared stale, our cucumber was dry, hardened and we received roughly only 7 pieces despite ordering half a duck! The chips were soggy and any elements of our dishes that were meant to be crispy, weren’t! The prawn toast appeared to have been re-fried as if from the day before...and also lacking in prawns. The rice and pancakes were hard/dry. We attempted to reheat in an order to make some elements edible however they simply weren’t. A polite phone call was made to Ken’s in which we politely discussed our issues only to be met with rudeness and mockery as the manager laughed at us. They outright refused a complete or partial refund and failed to come up with a reasonable solution; their decision was that as we were new customers we weren’t used to the taste of their food and it was a shame we didn’t like it. Please don’t order from here and also be disappointed like us."

"Awful!!! I have previously ordered from here before and had no issues. So i decided to order again another time and the experience was dreadful. The food was 45 minutes late and when i called to ask where it was i was continually told it will be 5 minutes every time. when it did arrive, it was cold. When i called to let them know i was met with the most impolite lady on the phone essentially calling me a liar. I explained to her that the food was 45 minutes late that's why its cold. And she said that it couldn't be. Of course it was cold it was 45 minutes late!! I said to her i wasn't very happy and i would like to speak to the manager as she was clearly unable to deal with any kind of feedback/complaints. I was told he wouldn't finish until 11pm, and i said that was okay if he could call me then. Then suddenly he couldn't speak very good English and that's why she was front of house. This restaurant has the worst customer service "front of house" I have ever experienced. Every time i tried to explain what had happened she interrupted me with "let me finish, let me finish". Her attitude was disgusting and I would be embarrassed if she worked for my company and that's how she was speaking to my customers. Eventually she decided that actually the manager wasn't free to call me at all, even on another more convenient day. It's an absolute disgrace the way she speaks to customers. It's appalling. As i said i had ordered before with no issues and i felt it needed to be known that they were 45 minutes later than i was told, and when it did eventually arrive i was having to heat the food up in the oven. I expected them to take my comments on board, not call me a liar."
