"We used to have a very good food from Terry’s however tonight the food was very oily and absolutely not eatable. When my partner called the shop to rectify the issue they simply put the phone down on him and stop answering any other calls. There wasn’t no apology or offer to re-cook the food which costed us £50. Service is absolutely appalling"
"Someone recommended this take away to me so I ordered at 6.30pm on a Saturday to be told my order would be 45 mins it didn’t turn up after numerous calls they said 5 mins then again 5 mins 2 hours later still no food then another phone call it’s going to be 15 mins so asked for discount they said £2 off bill bloody ridiculous shocking customer service !!! Do not even bother with this take away"
