"The staff are friendly, but the service is terribly slow. Overall we sat down at 19:30 and didn't receive our mains until gone 21:00pm. I found the menu lacking. The soup was rubbish, the burger was average at best and the metal "bucket" that they use to present the chips was disgusting. Wish I hadn't of looked inside. The bread however was incredible. I'd recommend the bread to anyone, best part about the night. The butter was really nice as well! Netherend Farm Butter. Who knew?! Overall, if your staying at the hotel, go out to the harvester on the road that's only a few minutes away. You'll spend less, get better food and have a really nice evening."

"We spent the night at the DeVere Beaumont and didn’t really want to leave the estate to find a meal. We took advantage of their restaurant and were worried about the reviews we read online. Our experience from arrival to end were great!! As a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10yrs and 5yrs) we were warmly welcomed on our arrival by the friendly staff. Quickly shown to our table, we were settled in nice and were given menus right away. The kids menu had a decent and fair choice of meals. Staff were friendly and attentive at all moments. They interacted in a polite manner and always made the kids smile and feel welcome. Nice choice of wines here. They were able to recommend a good accompaniment for the individual plates. The kids meals were a good size for both ages. We did have to give my older son a little extra from our own plates but that was fine. Food in general was good and had a nice fresh flavour to it all. The large salads are big enough to enjoy as a meal. The general ambiance and feel of the restaurant is smart but relaxed. It is nice to be able to have a place that kids are welcome to eat at."

"I only had a drink In here so couldn't do.ent on the food. The bar was very nicely decorated, it had a separate area for dining it in my opinion, should have had a separate area for adults only as being in a hotel, there was a lot of kids in there, this isn't me being pompous as i was one of the people who had a child with them, just think the people who don't have kids staying with them should have a nice area to relax in without screaming kids. Prices were reasonable for a hotel bar and service was fast and polite."

"Had a couple of nice meals here during my stay, both in the restaurant and in the bar area. Great atmosphere, good food with a nice variety of options on the menu, including some vegetarian options. Very friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant experience during both visits."
