"Great Asian food, at a level of quality above most in Amber Valley. Prices fair, middle to high, but worth it. We were very impressed. Very nice meal. Byob is the rule, they don't charge corkage though."

"Superb Indian restaurant. Excellent service and really well cooked food. Lamb was slow cooked. You need to take your own beer or wine if you want alcohol with your meal. it’s a bit expensive but you get what you pay for on this occasion. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend."

"We had our first visit to the Anila at Ambergate last night 08-12-22 and were delighted with the warm welcome from the staff. The food was also very very good . You have to take your own alcohol if you want too as it is an alcohol free restaurant but we didn't find this a problem as it was much cheaper. We will be going again and we are looking forward to it. Dotty ."

"There was some confusion with our booking which meant us moving tables part way into the evening. Fortunately the food was incredible, those peshwari naans are simply to die for. Curry was nice, from my experience (and it's always hard to judge in different places), their heat ratings are on the cautious side, mine was described as medium/hot but I'd rate it as very mild. I'll go for a hot dish next time and hope that it doesn't kill me with spice. All in all, a very good place for a curry!"
