"Ordered through just eat app, 30-35 minute wait. After 90 minutes I phoned restaurant who said 20 more minutes. It took way over 2 hours. Children starving. I’d of picked it up had I known. There is late then taking the p###!"

"Unfortunately got a wrong order tonight. Only noticing when put on the plate. Called and politely complained to be told I was wrong multiple times despite showing the order. I asked for a refund. I was asked to give the meal back to get a refund. So scraped the meal back off my plate into the box at my front door. I was offered a £5 note for the trouble"
