Once you have placed your order you will be given an order number and a timeslot to pick up the food. Once you have arrived if you can wait outside or in your vehicle, we will call once your meal is ready for payment and collection. In addition if you would like to preorder your meal for a later time or different day, we can arrange for it. We are open to constructive feedback and are aware that our cooking style isn't too everyone tastes but we can adjust the dish accordingly to your preference, so let us know and we'll try to accommodate for it. "My husband and I have been a customer for over 20 years. Unfortunately, we didn't feel well after a meal on two Saturdays ago when it was very hot. The chicken and onions tasted odd, a bit of sour. This is not the first time as it happened quite often in the past hot summers. The problem is that the shop is too small for being a takeaway and it hasn't got space for a big chill open cabinet to keep meats and ingredients at refrigeration temperature. All the meats and ingredients are put uncovered on preparation table as everyone can see it in the open kitchen. I'll still travel for over 10 miles to buy Chinese meals from Melbourne as its price is very very good."
