"Very rude, and very argumentative towards my wife from a man at the restaurant if he had of done that to our faces in his shop I would have dragged him over the counter. This is not the 1st time this restaurant has had bad reviews because of this poor customer service, poor delivery service and argue as if it’s your fault and never take responsibility of there service. the food is also so so. Would give it less than 1 star if I had the choice"

"What a complete shambles! I would have given zero stars but Google does not allow you to do so, Taste of China are clearly not interested in reading their reviews either as I’ve seen at least two other reviews commenting on a similar experience to mine. I ordered online earlier (16/12) at 6:30pm. The system asks you to request a time for delivery so I picked 19:40 thinking just over an hr should be fine. At 18:35 I received an email advising “Your taste of China order will be with you soon” and at 19:41 I received a text message stating “not long now, your taste of china order is on its way”. Anyways, I called at 20:05 to check on progress as it was coming up 30mins since the text message and expected to hear they were nearby or had just left. Nope, I was told rather unconvincingly that my order would be another 25mins plus. I asked the staff member if he was joking and he said no they were really busy. I responded it would have been helpful to have known there was going to be a delay and he apologised and said they would get the order out as soon as possible. Needless to say I was so annoyed that I cancelled the order. I would not recommend ordering online from Taste of China and it has definitely put me of visiting the restaurant. Message to owner: do better and read your reviews!"

"Ordered online and after 2 hours of waiting and calling the restaurant twice, they have cancelled my order. I could hear them being annoyed with the fact that I was questioning where is the food. Staff lied on the phone twice. Second time I called they said is on the way. How can it be on the way and then straight away cancelled. Awful services, just awful and rude, just cause I questioned. I would like to think that I was within my rights after more than 2 hours of waiting. Never again"

"Google made us leave one star…. We would love to give a rating having eaten in several times but for delivery they are a sham. Eagerly awaited 1 he 45 mins for dinner tonight and rang when 40 mins late. Told they had cancelled our order as very busy. We understand if busy but it would have been nice if they had used our details to contact us so we could make other arrangements. Or even better not taken our order and said they were unable to fulfil it. Very poor in a modern age of easy. No food and a poor taste left in our mouths…"
