All 7 courses were delicious, we had a glass of champagne as a welcome drink, an artisan coffee at the end and a breakfast box for the following morning! That’s a lovely surprise (the breakfast box)! "I went to Hamlet for dinner a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. The restaurant is very modern looking, the staff are welcoming and the food quality is excellent. The menu has a tapas feel to it as you need to order a few dishes that you can then share with your table. They've done their best to get most of their products from local farms and businesses which I also liked. The prices were really reasonable considering the dishes were worthy of a fancy gastro restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the Halibut ceviche and the truffle and parmesan fries. I will definitely come back!"
