"Myself and my daughter went along today and didn’t really know what to expect. I knew it would be hard as I’m unfit but wanted the challenge. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself as did I. It was very physically demanding for me, more than I could ever of imagined. Thanks to the wonderful encouragement from the lads, I completed it. They were very patient with me as I really struggled on some of the obstacles. It’s definitely somewhere I recommend and if I can do it then I’m sure anybody can. Thank you for the hardest yet most rewarding day!!"
"Myself and my daughter went along at 4pm today and I couldn't recommend this place enough! My daughter became scared at points and the Instructor who joined us on the course was brilliant with her, talking her through the sections and being so patient with her, going infront of her and guiding her through step by step. Although not scared of the heights I am overweight (and 40! )and found the course very physically demanding again the Instructor was just fantastic and encouraged me throughout. Although already aching I feel a huge sense of achievement"
