"Absolutly awfull 2 hours or more wait, no apology..i had to ring and the server was so rude to me refused refund and said only if thers something wrong with the pizza and thers nothing she can do about it abruptly. If it wasnt for the nice dellivery lady who was two weeks into her job i would have said take it back! Stone cold awful and dry. Will be demading refund.gave my number but i wont hold my breath for a call. So i will call. Also i suggest they teach employees customer service basics or human decencey how to talk to someone. Absolutly appalled. Wont order again."
"This store ruined our Christmas Eve. We placed an advanced order at 5pm for our pizzas to be delivered at 9pm. We didn't realise this was after they closed. Instead of ringing us or delivering the order early, they took our money and ignored the order. By the time we realised everywhere was shut and we had nothing for dinner. Absolutely shocking."
"literally terrible. ordered at 8pm and just eat said it arrive at 10, when nothing actually had arrived. called twice and they said that it had been delivered but it hadn’t so they said they would send it out again. it arrive at 11pm which is 3 hours after i ordered. worst thing is is that some of my order was actually missing. couldn’t be bothered to complain again as they’d wasted both my money and time. never ordering from them again it’s so bad."
"Not even worthy of one star! ordered at 8pm, rang 5 times to ask where our order is, only to be told it was on its way, then our order was still at the store as no delivery drivers available, then told order had been deleted, then told it was 4 minutes away, then no answer. 2hours 40 minutes! then get a notification saying it was delivered. Order has not been delivered! We won't be ordering from papa johns anymore!"
"Waited 3 hours and not received my order. Told twice it would be 30 minutes when chasing it up. They stopped answering the phone, when I went to the shop they hadn't even got round to starting my order. Worst takeaway experience will never use papa John's again. Staff are rude and lie. Not fit for purpose."
