Pizza Hut Delivery

"Decided to try this pizza hut as it was only £8.99 for a large. Only 2 minutes after I placed the order it said it was ready to collect, which was a bit worrying. When I got there it was empty, no other customers, the car park was baron. As I entered; the two staff behind the counter were having a conversation, one of them clearly saw I was waiting but obviously their conversation must have been more important. One of the pizza makers promted them to serve me, they turned around face like a slapped backside and muttered something. I told them I was here to collect a pizza, they passed it to me and continued on talking, didn't crack a smile once. As I said previously it didnt look busy, so you would have thought they could at least put on a false smile for the 30 seconds they actually have to do their job? Got in my car, now I dont usually do this but I checked the pizza - it kind of looked like what I had ordered. I could feel the box was stone cold, but thought it wasn't worth going back in. Surprisingly it actually tasted decent. However I will never come back here again. Id rather pay a little bit more for a hot pizza from dominos where I am greeted by friendly staff. Desperately need to improve their customer service."

"Order arrived with items missing. Called them up and who ever answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude and hung the phone up and couldn't care less about helping me with my missing items. I rang again and calmly asked why he hung up on me and he was mimicking my voice. Appalling."

"Ali, the manager, manually and incorrectly changed the address on my order which resulted in a very stressful wild goose chase for my pizza order. This teamed with an incompetent, aggressive and rude delivery driver (Irina) caused a lot of unneeded stress. Ali didn't fix the issue, didn't find our food, send out new food or even refund our order, instead he basically called me a xenophobe and left me in tears. Avoid this utterly ridiculous and discriminatory establishment."

"I ordered pizza from this branch many times online for collection (as I live nearby). The service was always great and perfectly in time. Pizza just as good, as you can get from PizzaHut. They offer nice deals too. I was never disappointed."
