"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE FROM THIS STORE. I HAVE USED DOMINOS FOR YEARS AND TRIED THIS NEW BRANCH AND WAS SERVED COMPLETELY INEDIBLE FOOD. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD I HAD FROM THEM THE GUY DAVID ON THE PHONE WAS NOTHING BUT RUDE TO ME AND TOLD ME HE MADE IT AND I WAS LYING. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS NEEDS CLOSING DOWN"
"Had ordered for a collection and the app said it would take about 15 minutes which is reasonable. I got there and they'd marked it as ready for collection although was still waiting for pizzas to be cooked. In the end I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The worst part was that three of the four pizzas I'd order were ready after 15 minutes but due to incompetence, I'd waited a further 20 minutes for one pizza. Asked who was in charge and "Andrew" said he was. I explained it was a little ridiculous and got an absent minded shrug of shoulders. Nothing really by way of apology."
"Quick and easy to order, delivery was quick, but sadly to pizza's we ordered didn't look very appetising one was a little over cook and the others looked a little under done."
"Shame this is now our nearest branch when ordering delivery on the app. We've ordered from Domino's for years, always from the town centre branch, always delivered in the time frame stated when ordering and always steaming hot. This branch delivered food 45 minutes after stated time frame (well over an hour in total) and stone cold! Looks like we'll be doing collection from the town centre branch from now on!"
