"We are regular customers to Pizza hut. Their pizza is one of the best in the UK. We had two medium size half and half pizza and they were very tasty. The beef sizzler is my favourite whereas its the margarita who my partner likes the most. The cheesy nachos is my favourite side and its so delicious. Their delivery is always on time as it was today. The Prices gone up by a bit for the same pizzas that we used to have (hence a missing star)."
"Horrific experience My order was marked as delivered on their tracking system, despite nothing showing up. I called to check and got told it had just been sent for delivery. 20 mins later there’s still no sign of my order so I phone again. The manager answers this time to try and say it’s out for delivery again. The order never arrived, the manager refused to give me his name or a refund. Not even an apology. Avoid at all costs and stick to dominos. Shameful service"
