"30 minutes after we was told that our pizzas were out on delivery, we was told that a cyclist tried to take them (even tho it’s -1 outside) and then had to wait another 20 minutes for a driver to deliver them. Naturally the pizzas were stone cold and half my toppings were on the lid of the box where it’s been squashed. Absolutely shocking service!!!"
"Had a problem with my pizza spoke to the manager on the phone and immediately sorted it out with another pizza, credit for my next order and free cookies. Very pleased thank you !!! Great manager"
"Pretty poor service. Delivery guy couldn't find my address so made me hunt him down and was very shouty/frustrated on phone. Several sides/extras were all missing, dude called me a liar even with the order in front of him. He called the restaurant to confirm and said will take all food away and come back in an hour with it complete... I told him to just refund the missing stuff he said was impossible and left. Called the restaurant who told me I'd have to send all the food back if I wanted any refund.. it was already being eaten so obviously we didn't. it's been a long time and still no replacement for the missing items and I'm guessing no refund is coming... Yeah food was still good but service is poor. And we're out of pocket."
