"Had a botched piercing here a few days ago which was done all wrong. It didn’t look great from the get go and I had to have the stud professionally removed as it was imbedded in my skin the next morning (seriously painful) I’ve also been advised to allow weeks for it to heal (prolonging the bad experience) Very disappointing lack of customer service, the piercer was rude & denied all wrongdoing. Boycott"
