And bouquet itself, while unusual, was deceptively small by comparison with website photo. And the Fougete chocolates I paid to accompany order were stale and disappointingly poor in flavour. "Received flowers for my birthday (the Autumn bunch labelled for 55e). The bouquet couldn't even be called that. Basically some leaves, a cabbage, one lily stem, 2 yellow roses and a daisy. Called to complain as it was the sparsest looking bouquet I've ever seen and I've seen better in supermarkets. Disgraceful charging that price for them. The shop said the cost of flowers have gone through the roof but that is not the fault of the customer and they are falsely advertising bouquets. Was offered a replacement but it should never have happened in the first place. Avoiding this business from now on. Gouging customers and sending substandard weeds that are only fit for the brown bin! Picture attached."
