"A long overdue review! My click and collect order didn’t arrive to the Boots Dundrum Store. After waiting a number of weeks and emailing customer service a few times with no reply, I visited the store (December 2021) and explained the issue to a store assistant. She was very helpful and called the store manager (Mark I think!). There and then, the store manager rang Boots Customer Service, arranged a refund and then organised a replacement product. He was a pleasure to deal with and more than happy to help. Thank you for the very helpful and friendly service."
"INCORRECT DIRECTIONS!!! the location of boots on Google maps is incorrect! It's not in the car park or beside the petrol station. It's on the second floor of the shopping centre. For jaysus sake, they should have fixed this ages ago."
